I made bread!

I made Rye Bread today. With MaJ's help of course to make sure I got it correct. Started mixing it at 9:30 and it came out of the oven at 4:40. It was an all day process of mixing, letting it rise, kneading, letting it rise, kneading, rising, kneading, rising then baking, buttering the tops to make them soft and glossy and now to cool. Cant wait to try some!
